An account for low monthly transaction volume
- $100 minimum opening deposit
- No monthly maintenance fee if minimum daily balance is $1,000 or higher
- $7 monthly maintenance fee if minimum daily balance is lower than $1,000
- 150 items at no charge (includes checks, deposits, electronic transactions and deposited items); excess items $.25 each
- Business Debit Card(s) – upon approval
Progressive Business Checking Account
An account for mid-level transaction volume
- $100 minimum opening deposit
- No monthly maintenance fee if daily balance is $5,000 or higher
- $15 monthly maintenance fee if daily balance is lower than $5,000
- 400 items at no charge (including checks, deposits, electronic transactions and deposited items); excess items $.25 each
- Business Debit Card(s) – upon approval
Premier Business Checking Account
An account for high monthly transaction volume
- $100 opening deposit
- $10 monthly maintenance fee
- $.15 per debit or credit
- $.10 per electronic debit or credit
- $.05 per item deposited (Legacy Bank checks are waived)
- Earnings Credit Allowance Rate is calculated on the average available balance – in some cases, this “earnings credit” may offset service charges. On negative collected balances, the Wall Street Journal prime rate plus 3% will be charged. The Credit Allowance Rate is set monthly.

Business Checking NOW Account*
*Only available for eligible sole proprietorships and non-profit organizations.
- $1,000 minimum opening deposit
- No monthly maintenance fee if daily balance is $1,000 or higher

- Interest compounded and credited monthly
Money Market Checking Accounts
Money Market Account
- $2,500 minimum opening deposit
- No monthly maintenance fee if daily balance is $2,500 or higher
- $8 monthly maintenance fee if daily balance is lower than $2,500
- Six checks per month allowed, a $10 charge will be assessed per withdrawal after six
- Interest rate subject to change, compounded and credited monthly
