Eligibility Requirements
This promotional offer is available to new consumer customers who meet the following criteria:
- You are not a current primary owner of a Legacy Bank personal checking account
- You have not been a primary owner within the past 12 months
- Limit one promotional account per tax ID number (TIN)
- Donation eligibility is contingent upon meeting all account-opening qualifications
Additional Promotional Terms
Promotional offer applies to new Personal Checking or Money Market accounts opened during the promotional period 2/2/26 – 8/1/26 or until the first 100 qualifying accounts have been opened, whichever comes first. Offer only valid at Maize Road location and does not apply to any online account openings. No coupon or mention is necessary to qualify.
