These changes will not only strengthen the security of your account but also streamline your access, ensuring you can manage your finances with greater ease and confidence. What's New

discount Enhanced Security with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To provide an additional layer of security, we are introducing 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all online banking users. When logging in to your account, you will now be required to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) Security Code sent via email or text. To ensure a smooth transition, please take a moment to verify that your primary email and mobile phone number are up to date in your contact information, as these will be used to send your One-Time PIN (OTP) Security Code for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). discount No More Mandatory Password Changes Every Six Months

We’ve removed the requirement to change your password every six months. Instead, we’ll provide an annual recommendation to update it, which you can choose to ignore. This change is designed to simplify your experience while keeping security strong.

discount Simplified Account Recovery Using Your SSN

If you ever get locked out of your online banking account, we’ve simplified the password reset process. Instead of using your account number, you will now enter your Social Security Number (SSN) to reset your password moving forward.
