Promotion Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all consumer customers of Legacy Bank who are at least 18 years of age. To be entered into the $100 Visa Gift Card promotion, customers (account owners and/or authorized signers) must enroll an account(s) in eStatements during the promotion period. This promotion is limited to consumer accounts and does not apply to business or fiduciary accounts. Legacy Bank employees and their family members are not eligible for this promotion.
Promotion Period
The eStatement promotion will begin on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 8:00 AM CST and will conclude on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST.
Gift Card Promotion
$100 Visa Gift Card: Customers who enroll an account(s) in eStatements during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a giveaway to win a $100 Visa Gift Card. One winner will be randomly selected each Tuesday during the promotion period. Winners will be announced every Wednesday following the selection.
Gift Card Notification
Gift Card winners will be notified via email or primary phone number using the contact information provided at the time of eStatement enrollment. Winners will have 1 week from the time of notification to claim their $100 Visa Gift Card by responding to Legacy Bank via phone at 316-260-3711 or by email at marketing@legacy.bank. Gift card must be picked up in person at Legacy Bank. Legacy Bank is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason.
Winners will also be announced on Legacy Bank’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Gift card acceptance is conditioned upon winner’s consent to use of their name, likeness, and any other information for promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Legacy Bank is not responsible for any damages, loss, or liability related to the use of prizes awarded in this promotion, or any incomplete, lost, or late entries. Legacy Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or technical issues affect the integrity of the contest. Legacy Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion for any reason and at any time.
